Kok Fong was previously attached with an international public accounting firm and was involved in audit for clients ranging from small to multinational corporations and public listed companies. His experience also involves in the provision of internal audit for public listed companies. Kok Fong has played a pivotal role in facilitating the successful listing of numerous companies through Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in Singapore and Malaysia.

Yong Yong is the Managing Partner of Moores Rowland in Penang with over 25 years of experience in the profession. He specialises in business valuation, financial and tax due diligence (including transfer pricing and international tax), as well as insolvency engagements.

He has led numerous M&A due diligence and review projects across various industries such as property development, construction, and manufacturing.

Yong Yong is actively involved in professional development and currently serves as a member of the Taxation Practice Committee of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). His wide-ranging expertise is further supported by international academic and professional credentials, particularly in the field of international tax and valuation.

Kenneth Wong brings over 15 years of professional experience across audit, tax and liquidation. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ), and holds a Bachelor of Laws as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting, Finance and Information Systems) from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.

Kenneth began his early career in New Zealand, where he completed his legal and accounting training before returning to Malaysia to further his professional journey. With years of solid technical exposure and client-facing experience, he subsequently qualified for his audit licence and today serves as a Partner at Daxin Malaysia, Kuching office.

With a unique combination of legal training, commercial insight and hands-on experience in assurance and advisory, Kenneth approaches client matters with a practical and holistic perspective. His multidisciplinary foundation enables him to guide businesses through complex issues in an increasingly dynamic and fast-changing market environment.
